I wanted to submit my father’s obituary for publication on the organisation’s website. He died, aged 91, less than two weeks ago. He was one of the RAN Fleet Air Arm’s first commissioned aircraft engineers, joining from the RN in 1953.
He was also one of the first, if not THE first, editor of Slipstream, using the pseudonym of JP Briestly. I think he has those first editions still among his possessions.
I have attached the obit with a small pic, and hope you might be able to forward them to whoever is responsible for posting to your website.
