Advice has been received that Max “Knocker” White, ex-CPOATA from the Tracker Squadrons, passed away in early August 2017.
He was on a trip to East Africa to climb Mt Kilimanjaro and had reached the summit and was on his way down when he died. He transferred to the RAAF and became a WOE and upon retirement, lived in Queensland.
The funeral will be on Friday 18 August at St Aidan’s Anglican Church, McKenzie Street, DAYBORO QLD commencing at 1100. Afterwards there will be a wake/reception at the Dayboro Bowling Club, Bradley Street DAYBORO.
